Comes disassembled and I was afraid it would look crumpled when unrolled. Once you assemble the frame and stretch the material over it, this problem will go away. Unfortunately mine arrived with the wrong piece needed to assemble the frame but I didn't want to mess with anything so I just glued this joint. Aside from that minor issue, it does the job. I only got it as a modest panel, but you can easily route cables through the back panel and it hides them well. Note that if you're connecting this to a monitor arm that mounts to the edge of a table, there's a mounting point in the middle, so it gets in the way if you intend to center the arm as well.
