Review on TRU Lite Bedding Queen Waterproof Mattress Protector: Premium 🛏️ Cotton Terry Cover for a Safe, Clean, and Odor-Free Mattress by John Carter

I was very skeptical when I first received this. The product is VERY noisy when moved/rubbing and the terry cloth upper is not exactly soft. The sides are very stretchy and it doesn't seem like the product will stay in place. The product has withstood washing and drying on low heat. When I opened it, the product had no unpleasant odor. I have just received my mattress and when I put it on I was very surprised that it fits very well. I slept on it and the protector didn't move at all and it didn't bother the sheet staying on the bed. I also didn't notice any loud noises when moving as expected. The "tread" part hasn't been tested yet, but it looks like it will definitely hold up. Overall very happy with the purchase. EDIT 5/27/16: The device was finally tested for the 'protection' factor after a pet accident. I was very happy that my mattress was 100% dry and clean under the tread! I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
