Yes this is not the type of heading I want to write about but we purchased these after had been infected with bed bugs form a local laundromat. We DID have an exterminator come in and spray and when it was safe to go back into the home, we covered all the mattresses with these covers. We were advised by the exterminator that we may get a few bites over the first few days but due to these covers we did not experience that, thankfully.These are very soft and do not make noise when sleeping on it.

Wash before using. We made the mistake of packing for college and not washing first so when we went to add it to the mattress, there was a ton of white stuff that came off and got all over everything. Other than that, so far it seems to be ok. Daughter has no complaints.

We were not able to use this product as the opening is much too small for a twin mattress. Even turning it sideways to attempt to slide it over the mattress was impossible. Would not buy again. As it is we laid it over the mattress but there is no way to keep it in place

I have several of these mattress covers to ensure that if my mattresses get bed bugs or had a plumbing leak affect them that the mattresses would remain unharmed clean, and useable. I had to exchange a size for my parents' when they decided to switch from a king to a queen size mattress when downsizing, and the PlushDeluxe customer service department was very helpful in accommodating me and I was appreciative.

I like that this waterproof mattress cover completely covers the mattress and is attached with a zipper and a Velcro closure to hide the zipper pull. Deep pockets fit well and sung over larger mattresses.

The product looks nice and decent quality BUT I could not 'easily' slip it onto the mattress so I have no feedback on performance. NOTE: It would take 2 people to put this cover on AND it will NOT WORK with any bed that has a hydraulic system like a Numbers Bed.

Zipper is located halfway down side and halfway down top. So, its a challenge to put on especially on heavy large king size. I guess they expect you to fold you mattress? Why would you do this to us?. Why wouldnt you manufacture like everyone else with zipper all the way down one side?

I don't know if it is water resistent. I don't pee the bed and don't spill drinks. I washed it in warm water and dried it on delicate cycle. It dried easily. My mattress is 11" high and I ordered the size 9-12". I was really worried it wouldn't fit but due to it's stretch it did fit tightly and I could close the zipper. If your mattress is more than 11", order the next size up.
