Writing this as I sit on our bare mattress 39 weeks pregnant and angry. Our cat has randomly decided to start peeing (only twice my whole pregnancy) on our bed. Once directly onto my pajamas and once today on our comforter. Both times it bled through onto the sheets and onto the mattress pad. Thankfully I purchased this even though i thought the price was high. We've had an issue with her peeing on a mattress before that either had items that came in contact with a dog on it or had a plastic bag on it. I was concerned with the new baby the cat would start peeing, or the baby would. The mattress pad had saved our mattress as even the underside of the pad isn't wet. I don't care if it makes a slight noise when you lay on it because it seriously does the job we need it to. Our washing machine conveniently broke this week (was she behind that too?) so now we get to find a 24 hr laundromat to wash our sheets. Lesson learned.
