The customer support team at flexibb are very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful - always willing to go that extra mile for their customers! They also have many useful add-ons which can be purchased separately if you wish to use them but not included with your license purchase (for example automatic inventory updates). I would say there isn't much dislike about this product so far as it has been well received by our staff who we've trained up fully using both online training videos alongside practical hands-on experience of working through each feature available within the program.
