good material strength. The roughness of the tread is good for traction. It looks like it has enough glue to ensure it sticks to the garage floor for a long time. (I'll update the post if I have trouble with the split.). Used for safety to indicate that the garage floor has two levels so people don't trip. Very little natural light enters the garage so there is no glow-in-the-dark unless artificial lights are turned on for a while. Since all glow-in-the-dark products work the same way, I will not be reviewing the product. It looks good too!
