I was dissatisfied by iBaby's selection of baby goods and safety monitors as a parent. Their products were of poor quality and fell short of my standards when compared to those of other businesses. I worried about my infant's safety because the baby monitor I bought had a short battery life and frequently lost connection. I tried to contact their customer service team for assistance, but I received unhelpful responses and got the impression that my worries weren't being treated seriously. Overall, I wouldn't advise other parents to use iBaby. I feel like I wasted my money on this company's inferior products because there are many other businesses with superior quality goods and customer support.
