I wasn’t sure what I was going to get when I ordered this locket. Sure the pictures and description says one thing, but often times the actual product isn’t exactly what one expect. Well those worries were unfounded with this locket. Not only does it look good, but has a nice weight to it; about 7g. Locket also felt quite sturdy, a little too sturdy. I found it difficult to open it with my "manly” hands, although my wife didn’t seem to have any issues opening it up herself.The only thing I feel might be an issue is the thin necklace that came with it. My wife thinks it will hold up just fine, I’m just afraid one of the little one will snap the links playing with it; they’ve done it before. That said, I have a few replacements ready just in case.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and so is the wife since it was a gift for her in the first place. I would have no issues recommending this locket to anyone who’s looking for something similar.
