Definitely learn how to put on and remove. Thankfully my fiancé knows about shapewear and gave me hints on putting it on and removal.Otherwise this shirt does slim you up and hide features on your body that you don’t want to show. Would highly recommend if you need to wear a tighter fitting shirt.
