Revain is a quick and easy source for Atlas PH solutions and I'm using versions 4.00, 7.00 and a storage solution. You should calibrate your PH meter regularly with high quality solutions as it will drift over time as the electrode ages. This solution is for storing the electrode when not in use as the sensor must remain wet or it will become inaccurate and ultimately useless if stored dry. This solution works well, although after opening and storing for an extended period of time, anywhere in the 12 month range, the solution will begin to grow some type of mold or bacteria. This is true of most neutral liquids and is not a flaw in the solution itself. Just know what's open once, so keep an eye on it and replace as soon as it starts looking dirty or fancy.
