Excellent customer services and fast turnaround times
RichTech has been working with us for over 3 years now, they are always available to help you out if you need them! They have great knowledge of Google Play & Amazon app stores as well as their own platform. Their support is second-to-none. I would highly recommend using this service. It's good that we can get updates about our apps in real time from our team members instead waiting so long after submitting an update through other channels such as XDA or Github. We also enjoy having access to all previous versions of each version via the dashboard which gives us peace of mind when updating new features into existing applications.
Pros

- Excellent communication between developers / testers/ project managers etc.
- Ability store multiple builds locally before publishing live saves hours not needing it uploaded first then tested again later once approved by client
- Able upload APK files directly without requiring any additional coding work done at developer end
