It has worked wonderfully for us to keep track of our employees time off as well as their attendance at work.

I really enjoy using it when we have employee problems or other issues that require them to be out of the office or otherwise not present. The interface can look like something else entirely which makes tracking who did what difficult sometimes - but this usually just requires some trial and error until you get used to where everything should be located! There are many features including those required by government regulations such as FMLA/PTO reporting but also quite a few less important administrative functions such as payroll processing and vacation leave approval. We use it in conjunction with another program (Timely) so there isn't much additional cost associated with setting up new accounts.
