The design is simple and efficient. The built-in level helps not to make a mistake, although in my case (77") I still had to adjust a little a couple of times (at this size, a shift in mm on the mount gives a skew in cm). not about "pure" horizontal. In the package everything you need: screws of different sizes for mounting to the TV (I picked it up for mine), screws and dowels for the wall.
