I used this twice. Worked like clockwork the first time - just throw in some tortillas and microwave for a few seconds and it was perfect. The second time I put it in the microwave and heard a loud pop. He opened the door and saw that the lid was stuck to the base. I can't get the cover off even with a screwdriver. Off to the trash and back to warm up in paper towels.
