So I purchased this beautiful watchband for my girlfriend's Fitbit back in June. Keeping in mind that she works out on a regular basis and wears the Fitbit continuously (except when she charges the watch or takes a shower) we both noticed A LOT of wear on the metal (see photos). The pink gold finish came off in very visible areas of the watchband and exposed the brass metal underneath. The band itself is very strong but the finish came off relatively quickly.Another note: I had to remove some links to adjust the band length to fit her wrist size - taking the links off were not a trivial effort! The pins that held each link were problematic to remove and replace (I am an engineer and I usually enjoy doing things like this, and yes, I was following the directions! Haha) so you need to be patient.
