I like that you're able get help from Hello employees who are located all over North America! It helps if they know how to use an iPhone or Android phone instead than being stuck in front oof someone else's computer/laptop screen :) Their Chat Bot feature has been pretty helpful as well because it allows me access even when am away with meetings etc., Also very pleased at their fast response times especially given its such big organization!! Nothing really about this service itself but rather more my experience using them - nothing bad thus far ;) Have used many virtual services providers through past jobs & have never had much success until now wih hello staffs friendly approachable nature which was refreshing considering most companies tend 2 be somewhat impersonal! I like that it has all the necessary features and functions in place. It's easy enough to use but not too complicated as well! The price point is great because there are no hidden costs or additional fees. They do offer some discounts if you sign up during certain times which I appreciate. Nothing specific. As mentioned above, they have everything you need at an affordable cost. All our agents are able to manage their own ticket requests with ease without having to be constantly transferred when needed.
