From the questions above, it is clear that many Samsung phone owners have problems with this process. I have a secure version of the Galaxy 7. The instructions presented didn't work because when I paste and bring up files there was no next option I should have selected. I tried to get in through the back door and create new subfiles on the device where nothing was. I then opened the images and tried moving them to files I created, but it didn't work. So I reformatted it as my son said that might be a problem but no it still doesn't work. The construction is good, I like the design even with plastic, but it has to work in your phone to be useful. So I'm giving it 3 stars because it seems like it would be great if I had a phone that it works with. THE SELLER SHOULD UPDATE THE LISTING AND WRITE CLEARLY WHAT PHONES WORK! It seems like a no-brainer to me, but maybe some people keep them even when they're not working!
