Based on my observations, this product is a complete waste of money.The SPRINGS are supposed to be heating compression compatible but they couldn't even perform their basic function for a day. The product promised durability and efficiency, but instead caused damage. i contacted customer service, but they were not helpful. Overall, this industrial and scientific product failed miserably..
