I build high end workstations for myself and others. For a number of years I have shipped one of the two bay Icy Dock cases to every system to make it easy to swap out SSDs used for backup and large data storage. Icy Dock cases are high quality, easy to install and use. That alone has made me buy them again and again and tell others about them too. However, I recently needed very small screws that are used to attach the SSD to removable trays. I contacted Icy Dock support and received a reply the next morning. Peter Tong, a member of the US Technical Support team, was one of the friendliest and most helpful technical support reps I've ever worked with in over 50 years of working with computers. A few days later I received the screws in the mail. Although I offered to pay for the screws, Icy Dock sent them to me as a valued customer for free.
