I really enjoy using this product. It's definitely easy to clean and use, but what's more, surprisingly, your sandwich will be ready to eat in almost a minute or two right after you take it out of the sandwich maker! In fact I sat and waited for a while thinking my sandwich needed time to cool down until one day my son ate it right out of the pull out and was able to enjoy it all! I tried it the next day and in fact I was able to enjoy my sandwich at a decent temperature a minute after it was ready! The only reason I didn't give that 5 stars was because I searched online for the Magic Chef back sandwich maker. per day and couldn't find any online. So I chose this product instead. On the Magic Chef version, the sandwich pockets were deeper than on this product. In other words, I could make a big sandwich and actually enjoy a big melted sandwich and it didn't feel mashed. Who knows, maybe that's why this product cools sandwiches faster.
