Very easy to use. So easy that my 9 and 11 year olds use it almost every day. I would like to change a few things. There is no on/off switch. It turns on when connected and off when disconnected from the network. Because of this feature, I think it sparkles every time we plug and unplug it. Which can be scary for my kids. It's definitely easy to clean and use, but what's more, surprisingly, your sandwich will be ready to eat in almost a minute or two right after you take it out of the sandwich maker!
