Review on Inov 8 Mens Flite 245 Cross Trainer by Eric Budd
Light and flexible
I bought them for my boyfriend for training. He loves how they flex around his foot with every workout. They are not very tight and do not tie his leg and we both really like the gray color. True size guide too. All in all a high quality running shoe.
Pros
- The shoe is ideal for a variety of activities including weightlifting, cross training and general fitness.
Cons
- F-lite 245 may not be suitable for people with wider calves.
