Rockland Fashion Softside Upright Luggage Set, Kensington, 2-Piece (14/19) Review

I bought this set last year for a trip and am happy with my purchase for the price. Please note that my review is mostly based on the larger suitcase.the smaller bag was a great size and worked perfectly for me but I feel like most people checking the reviews are probably more interested in the suitcase.Since buying it I have taken it on a plane a total of six times, which is not really enough times for me to speak to the durability but I have not had any problems so far. I bought this set because I had three trips in October and no luggage. If you’re doing a trip within the US, I’d say it’s ok to use. My biggest gripe was the handle on the larger case functions poorly- catches and sticks. Also the wheels are somewhat janky. It served its purpose for those trips and I’ll probably retire them or use for road trips. Headed to S Korea in spring and will be buying a more sturdy carry on.

Ultimately, this is a piece of luggage, it works just fine. It's smaller than I anticipated (everybody in my family has similar sets & this is smaller than everybody's). One thing that really drives me nuts is that it opens on the opposite side from every other piece of luggage (it opens from the left side). Maybe this won't bother everybody, but when I have several pieces lined up to pack & this is the only one that opens from this side, it makes it awkward. Nothing I can't make work though…

The bags were smaller than I expected but my son said they were perfect for his needs. They're great looking bags and come with keys to lock them.

Exactly like the picture, and very light weight. Only complaint is it came with one small lock on one of the zippers… but no key haha. We will probably just cut it off, but we searched endlessly with no luck.

Perfect size for a crowded flight. The larger bag fits perfectly in an overhead bin on an airplane and the smaller bag fits perfectly under the seat in front of you on the plane. Great buy and it's color scheme made it easy to find on the carousel w/out being a crazy pattern or color.

Perfect size. Both pieces. Only complaint is strap on small carry on broke so I could not put it over handle on flight home. I did not even have a ton in it. Just some minor (must needs in flight - meds, see through bag for security, a little pouch of my jewelry and my iPad and travel wallet) loved the color. I just wish the strap hadn’t broken. Not the arm strap but the blue fabric one that allows it to slip over handle of bigger piece.

Was happy with this product and so was my Daughter who we bought it for. Was nervous buying this from revain because have gotten cheep 5 and 5 type crap I got when I paid for a quality hiking pack. Very Satisfied with this product.
