Works great! for cake pans

This is an amazing kitchen tool. I used two cans of cherry filling and two ready made pie crusts in a 9.5 inch Pyrex glass jar. The top has been brushed with a SMALL amount of milk, don't use too much, just lightly dampen it with a brush and then sprinkle sugar on top, sprinkle ONLY. If you use too much of it, it will leave burn marks on the top of the cake (lesson learned). Baked at 425°C for 35 minutes. Leave the protective film on from start to finish. . See photos - works great! SO much easier than the aluminum strip methods. The protective film hardly gets dirty, so just hand wash it and avoid the dishwasher staining that I've read about in other reviews. Have a nice day!
