Well, before that I didn't use any other whitening agents. It was the first time I went this way. Overall I would say the results were worthy! Product: The actual product is packaged really well, beautiful, simple, professional. It feels very high quality. Experience: A 10-minute timer is a great help. I've done 30 minute sessions every time and the timer made it very easy. The product did burn my gums a bit but nothing unbearable and it usually went away after the first 5 minutes or so. My god, my mouth produces so much saliva! I had to spit up basically every 12 minutes or so just to breathe! Maybe the results would be stronger if I didn't spit? Results: There is definitely a noticeable difference. No doubt they are a few tones lighter. I think I'll have to undergo further treatment to really get the end results I was hoping for, but overall I'm impressed! Oh, and I didn't have absolute tooth sensitivity either, so I was very happy about that!
