I had a wonderful experience working with this company. They have great customer service skills and really make sure that customers get the best solution for them. In addition, the system works great and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a system that will save them time and money. Great Customer Service!! - They understand what we are trying to do, they don't try to sell us services and software that isn't needed.
Cons
- I think they could improve their customer service by allowing users to be able to schedule appointments online.
- Some of the functions may be difficult to navigate at first, but once you figure out how to use it, it's very intuitive.
