Received bottle and hand washed straight away. The mouthpiece slips off easily, too easily. for cleaning. Either because the mouthpiece breaks the seal or because the bottle is just suction, you won't be able to draw water through! Now I have a new bottle that doesn't even work properly. I've tried adjusting the straw and mouthpiece and nothing seems to work. It just sucks in some water and a lot of air. ****Update: When I contacted support I was told that if there was a defect I would need to contact the manufacturer and I have not received a refund for this item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY
