Good quality harness with velcro and lock

I bought a medium sized harness for our 18 lb mini poodle and it fits well but thankfully not tight. It has a cute little velcro to temporarily secure it when first putting the harness on, preventing it from falling off while our pup dances for joy. This makes it easier to engage the buckle while holding the strap in place.
