Review on Polyplab Reef-Roids Coral Food - 60g - Promotes Accelerated Growth by Nancy Ruesink

There seems to be more coral since I added this to my tank. However, my nitrate levels went up as soon as I started using it. Now I've had cyano in both tanks since I started using it. I didn't have these problems before I put this substance in my aquariums. I've lost a few corals since the nitrate and cyano waves started. I even used less than the recommended amount (1/3 the amount) to start with for fear of putting too much in the tank. When using this stuff just be careful and watch your levels and such.
