Not for crispy pizza crusts

I like my pizza crusts crispy. The perforations on this really don't allow enough air and heat so pizza crust to be crispy. If anything, it was a soggy mess. I've been making and baking my own pizzas for 10 years. A cookie rack is usually what I use to make crust crispy but thought this would be worth the try since it's round like crust. But I dont like this pan at all.I don't recommend for use for crispy crust.

  • The heavy duty aluminum alloy may be prone to scratches and other damage
