Not for crispy pizza crusts

I like my pizza crusts crispy. The perforations on this really don't allow enough air and heat so pizza crust to be crispy. If anything, it was a soggy mess. I've been making and baking my own pizzas for 10 years. A cookie rack is usually what I use to make crust crispy but thought this would be worth the try since it's round like crust. But I dont like this pan at all.I don't recommend for use for crispy crust.

Pros

It is nice and sturdy, well made, would highly recommend.

Cons

The heavy duty aluminum alloy may be prone to scratches and other damage
