It was well packaged to ensure the item was not damaged in transit. However, upon closer inspection, a crack was found on the lower left mirror in the upper corner (see photo). Now I'm worried that this mirror might fall out. The upper one, which also has a small tear on the edge (see photo), I tried to photograph as well as possible. The mirror is aesthetically pleasing as it matches my room which is nice! The cord is just over 3 feet long, just long enough to reach my tower that sits under my desk, so I'm happy with that. After turning it on, it shone without any problems, very bright, I like it. One touch on/off. As soon as you press the button it turns on and gradually reaches maximum brightness which helps your eyes adjust, another nice feature, I don't know if this was intentional or not. The extra small mirror with suction cup is great if you want to move it to either side of the mirror, it's dropped a few times, I just add a tiny drop of water and it sucks up better. After use I take off the small suction cup mirror and put it on, I like it so it doesn't accidentally pop open by itself. However, I have long nails and I had a hard time opening them as I don't like using my nails to open things, so I just flip them over and open them from the back, which isn't a big deal. After reading a small note on the mirror, I realized that if you touch and hold it for a second, it will get brighter. I'm very happy to see how bright it really is. The price is very reasonable, if only not cracked. For the future I would like a model with backlighting on all panels for extra lighting and more foam to prevent the mirror from breaking in the corners as there was no foam between the mirrors which should be. was (see photo). It's perfect for my needs, I'm tired of battery operated mirrors and buy batteries all the time so it's perfect. I highly recommend it.
