My cat's neck is bare

My cats have only had collars for a week or two but I took one off and saw that where the collar was removed was just fur! I thought maybe she just had sensitive skin so I went to check on my other cat and he also went bald where the collar was. The collars were tight enough that they didn't come off my head, but were loose enough that I could slip a couple of fingers into the gap between the collar and my cat. Don't buy this if you don't want your calls to go bare.
