Pretty darn good for my opinion
Just started using them, but I am satisfied right now. I am a home baker and usually store my bread in zip lock bags. This was not very satisfying since it turned my crispy crust soft and chewy. After washing the bags (and do so! a lt of dirt came out of them), I stored my first bread in them and after two days the crust is still crispy and the bread is still fresh. A marked improvement!
