Pleats instead of seams
I love this dress! At first, since it's got an empire waist, I expected that there would be a horizontal seam, but, it's done differently! The bodice has reverse pleats, then it goes into sort of a seam and then normal pleats and this defines the empire waist! It's nice because it's one that you can dress up with a strand of pearls or dress down. I only wish that I ordered black instead of navy.
