I like that it's easy to use so anyone can understand how this software works without having any previous experience in using payroll system or human resources management systems. The interface is very simple which makes learning quick for new users but also allows existing Payroll System expert knowledge transfer into assessing program with minimal difficulty. There are some functions missing when compared to other programs such as ADP, Xpresspay etc. For example there isn't an option of paying employees through bank accounts while calculating deductions from W2 income. This has been helpful especially because we have many clients who don’t do direct deposit and need their checks paid out directly by our office instead of them sending us money via ACH transfers each month. Also being able to generate reports faster than what they could manually would be great if you aren’t doing anything too complicated at all times since its only limited time per year where.
