The product is of poor quality, I do not advise.

The chairs are great in general, but I've been waiting three days for a response to an email asking about replacing a single chair, and I've made two more calls to the seller's call center with no success. In a nutshell, the service is terrible, but the chairs are awesome.
The vendor never got back to me. So Amazon offered to accept them back, but I already have all the chairs and don't want to take them apart again and pay for a taxi to transport them, so I won't. The seller, it seems, is depending on this.

Pros

The seats are lovely, and they come in sturdy packaging. Liked. Everything was clear enough.

Cons

On one of the chairs, the attachment points are married, so the base cannot be screwed into a thread. You can see that the mount is standard and threadless in the attached shot.
