My doctor didn't want me to eat as many carbohydrates for breakfast (I eat muesli every day). I also train almost every day so I need fuel and a flight attendant so I need quick and easy. This product offers all of this. I used it as a breakfast replacement and was amazed at how long it really keeps me going. When I fly, I carry enough travel powder and a cup of blender with me so I can drink while I get ready for work. At home I sit and enjoy with coffee and then I train. In terms of comfort, this thing is great! I add some cinnamon for flavor. Note: I have to constantly shake the blender bottle between sips because it settles to the bottom. Flavor: Vanilla was my first purchase and it's good! It's not the most amazing thing that's happened in my life, but it's not bad at all. Besides cinnamon, I only add water. It's creamy and doesn't stick. I like that it's high in protein. It's very similar to Shakeology (I think it may have more protein and less carbs than Shakeology). I love sheikology but not the price. They want $130 for a month. Sorry but not worth paying that much for essentially the same product. I will buy this product again, next time I will try chocolate. Although I wish they had more flavors!
