I like clean teeth but I drink a lot of black coffee. Still, I'm 2/3 on the chart that accompanies them. I only whitened my teeth about 3 weeks ago after finally going to the dentist (which I love to do stupid Covid). My hygienist told me it's best to use the strips right after brushing your teeth. I was dying to try them and did it a week earlier than I should have. Let's start with the basics. The box is what I need. All other brands have a huge box that doesn't fit in my first aid kit. It has a small box that holds them and easily fits in my closet. There will be no more tramps. The strips themselves are 14 pairs of $15 each. Much cheaper than big brands. They are the same as the expensive non-slip Crest. (I don't even know why Crest makes it more gliding). They took off the sheet, put it over my teeth and lay there for 45 minutes. The next day I had no problem with sensitivity to cold or heat. (I lost track of time about two years ago and wore a pair of crests for almost two hours. It hurt and I will never do it again). Since my teeth are 2/3 on the chart, I'm really just into maintenance. I really like these stripes. Didn't foam at the mouth like other non-brands I've tried. I don't like trays or blue light, just give me strips that don't foam and I'm happy. The taste is also clean. I definitely recommend them. They are just as good as Crest for less money.
