Review on Experience Immersive Sound With MuGo Wireless Earbuds – Perfect For Sports And Running by Troy Houston

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Each ear unpairs from one another sporadically

I would have rated these higher since they have an absurdly long battery life. However, the inconvenience of pairing each ear to one another, then pairing it again to my device has made me rate them as a 2 star. For those who aren't willing to deal with the hassle, I totally understand. Constantly having to unpair them from the device then waiting until they pair to each other again to pair them to the device again constantly can be a real hassle and takes time to figure out how to resolve the issue in the first place. If the unpairing issue isn't a problem for you and you can find a way to avoid them unpairing again, then by all means, purchase them. The longevity of the battery life is great, and they hold on to your ears well enough to do high intensity interval training with high impact like jump rope or even plyometrics. I find myself having a hard time keeping single piece earbuds from falling out during these activities (like Jlabs Go Air True Wireless). The unpairing issue seems to happen when there is either a lot of interference in the area or when you get just far away enough for only a single ear to disconnect, while the other stays connected.Solution: To get both ears to pair to the same device, you have to place them in the charging case, forget them on your device, and then after removing them from the case, you have to tap the power button on the right ear 2 times. Give it about 30 seconds or until the device says "connected" to pair them back to your device.

Pros
  • They're convenient to use for calls when driving with a dedicated noise-canceling microphone
Cons
  • The earbuds may not work well during high-intensity workouts.
