Hey, I upgraded this review to 5 stars because customer service was very responsive to my concerns.
I'm hooking this up to my TV so it can pair with Bose bluetooth headphones. The instruction manual is well written, but the font is microscopic and difficult to read. I'm struggling to connect my Bose headphones, you have to go through this whole on and off ritual, it becomes an ordeal. But it's a good product if you want to send your TV sound to Bluetooth. it can be difficult. When it finally works, great. Just be prepared to play around with your BT devices to make it work.
