Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Kiril Mihailov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

The sweet spot between cost and performance. Despite the cold, wet weather, we are thrilled with how well the taxiing on the pavement has gone. When combined with wintertime excursions to the country or the great outdoors, it is best suited to major cities with chemical production and wet asphalt. Paint splatters on the rubber indicate a need for BALANCING. Unfortunately, not just Uzbek tire fitters are unaware that the tires should be installed such that the tread faces the opposite direction. After then, don't add more than 20 grams! My German car has rear-wheel drive and uses 225/45/17 tires, thus 2022 and beyond is fine.

Pros
  • The tread is hard (it steers well on asphalt) but does not tan in the cold due to its chemical composition; "snow" protector; low fuel consumption (rolls well); almost no buzzing after running, compared even with a very quiet Michelin chin2; price! ; new, modern model; rubber composition; unusual spike with a clear orientation and reinforced fastening; After the asphalt winter of 2012–2013, the spikes were properly installed, and the distance for the subsequent three months was -8,000 in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, Finland, and Karelia.
Cons
  • Moving ice cannot support excessive velocity because it will break free. Friends with a brain and an ESP won't find this to be a big deal.
