This felt is amazing. I use it as an inexpensive way to filter out a small aquarium with ichthyophthyria. Nothing worked, so I investigated the effects of small micron filtration and water changes. I cut it to fit the filter and replaced it daily for several weeks. 72 inches x 1 yard is a lot of stuff. That would allow me to change filters every day for several months. I'm glad I don't need it because Ichthyophthyroidism seems to be GONE now! I will continue to use it and will definitely buy more when it runs out.
