The product came as described but a pair of locking nuts was not installed and was found under the box flap and almost lost. I bought it as a starter kit and watched a few YouTube videos before it came out. It would be nice if there were instructions in the box, how are there multicolored glue sticks? I don't know if they have something to do with the strength of the adhesive or the color of the car paint. There will definitely be a learning curve. One of my cars, the Subaru Legacy dent seems to have a bit of metal memory and after pulling out a good chunk of the front dent it seems to want to return to its original position. We must try to find out. The dent in my Harley's fender from our cats knocking something off the shelf turned into a minor dimple. I'll try to fix this when I have a little more time. Glue is difficult to remove.
