After only 3 months of regular use about twice a week, the iron stopped working, the lights on it worked but it didn't heat up. The item is sold with a "Free Returns" label next to it. It's an illusion. When I contacted Amazon I was told it would be within 30 days, but you won't find the 30 day wording anywhere if you click on "free returns" (click on that and see what I mean) , so this is misleading. If you buy this and it stops working on the 31st day you will basically lose all your money. This is very misleading hence 1 star even though it would give a negative result. I would look elsewhere. 3 months usage for $40+!
