It saves me a lot of work on my end. From making sure equipment is where it's supposed to be, ensuring employees are able to perform their work correctly, and keeping all work orders and requests organized. It also makes sure all departments know what each other is doing and who is responsible for what. It also allows me to create a schedule of the work that needs to be done and when it needs to be done. There's a learning curve to it. It can be quite confusing at first, but once you get it down, it works great. I recommend it to any company that would like to eliminate the many errors that tend to happen during the course of a day. It keeps everything organized. My office would be chaotic without it. It's also the best thing to have at my fingertips all day long so I rarely worry about forgetting something or having to rely on a coworker to help me. It has helped our team to communicate better with employees about upcoming shifts. There can be difficulty when you have multiple shift times in one day which leads into confusion as they are all listed in the same place for everyone to see. I would recommend this product if your workforce needs some help keeping track of time sheets or payroll information while also communicating effectively. We use it to keep track of employee schedules and ensure proper paperwork is filed at the right time.
