I bought this item after realizing I would never be able to properly clean windows (they have latches that rotate the window inwards so cleaning is possible from outside and inside the house). Why don't I just do it? Since these windows are HUGE, SUPER HEAVY and reach HEIGHT, this will be a two person job. But a film had accumulated on the inside of the windows, obscuring everything outside, and seeing this product made me realize I didn't have to pull out a ladder or move furniture to clean it; I could just go on the floor, spray on the glass cleaner, wipe a bit, and wipe them off. It worked very well! Unfortunately the film on the glass comes back quickly (due to outgassing from the plastic/vinyl in the wing or house I guess) but I keep the piece of cloth on the telescopic pole and just wipe the film off. game changer!
