I like how it's simple for candidates & employers to connect via messaging and scheduling interviews. It has saved us countless hours by streamlining our hiring process from start-to-finish - right down to making sure all our recruiters know where they stand in the interview queue! No complaints at all here - love this tool. The only downside is that sometimes when people have had their phone turned off or out of range while we've scheduled appointments with them (due to WiFi issues!), we don't get any notification until after they arrive! We solved this problem by creating profiles, so now everyone knows which jobs are available, who is most likely next in line for those open positions, their skill levels, etc. If you're looking to find talented individuals who want great benefits in addition to having fun - look no further! This service matches employees just like our current employee match program but even better because this is FREE!! Easy access for candidates to view resumes from our database as well as upload their own resume if they so wish. Great UI design - simple enough for most people without being too easy. The ability to customize fields or add new types of data would be nice. We use it to source talent in several different ways, but primarily through referrals from other companies who have used us previously. This tool has allowed us to quickly find quality people with skills that are currently working in our industry.
