Go up half a size, but by all means take it!
Bought for my brother, half a size bigger. Definitely recommend going up a bit to avoid squeezing other than the Nike pair is really comfortable and I highly recommend it.

- The bubble burst after minimal use. I didn't get 20 runs from them.

- I bought the shoes for myself but the shoes are too big and chunky for my feet so I sent them back.
