It is very gentle on the hair and cleans it well. Some shampoos are very harsh and can pull hair out. This shampoo is suitable for those who have damaged, dry or colored hair. The air conditioning is just as good. It also softens the hair very well and quickly. I like that you don't have to use a lot. So it should last longer than shampoos of the same size. However, the bottle is not very big. So, while I find the quality of this set to be very good, the price is also above the norm.
