Review on Men's Stormwatch Waterproof Rain Jacket by FROGG TOGGS by Steve Cypert
Not waterproof at all.
While trekking in the Rocky Mountains in July, it suddenly rained. I was soaked to the bone with this jacket about 5 minutes after the storm, there's no way it's going to work in heavy rain. Storm watches are right, they are designed to watch the approaching storm, not be in it.
